I am considering taking a job at a big company and was wondering if anyone has left Kaleo and is happier! I wonder if grass is greener on other side.! This is a pretty big jump in pay.

I assume that you are currently a sales representative at Kaleo. If so, why did you pursue an interview with x big pharma company to begin with.... take the money, honey.
 






























for a young company that has the opportunity to create a uniquely special culture- this company did just that. They created a special culture of 2002 pharma with a frat boy attitude, a large dose of juvenile execution, very limited vision and an unethical mindset.
Disgusting leadership. Toxic home office. Inexperienced yet arrogant HR.

Kaleo represents everything an American company should not be. Greedy, unethical, cheap (unless you are a senior manger), does not value employees.

Third rate wanna be pharma company with a lot of baseless arrogance.
