Thoughts on the Global Employee Engagement Survey

Let's hear what everyone thinks of the the Pyott spin on the survey that was conducted. Will there be changes and in what areas?

I am concerned about the direction of this organization and made it clear in my survey responses. I hope everyone did.

Obviously Pyott is doing a good job with Wall Street and we are all benefiting from that to a degree but, there is that element of corporate greed that cant be overlooked. I just hope Allergan starts to shift some of the focus to their internal customers before its too late.

I don't think the OP said anything about not being happy here. Just concern about direction which could eventually lead to unhappy employees. That's what these type of surveys are used for,,,,,to stop it (unhappiness) before it starts.

I would agree, if an individual is unhappy here, they should leave.
