What divisions are at risk? I saw an opening in my area but now I'm not sure if I should apply .I've new through a layoff before and want to avoid it again
My thoughts? Anyone that doesn't bail from this dump is either crazy or a misfit so bad that no other company would hire them.
of you have over 5 years make them pay you to go. You will land. Over 10 years you would be nuts to leave. Make them pay. Yes it will be tough at first but trust me it’s better to get your money and then go find your next chapter. Worked out for me and many others.
DSI is a dumpster fire! No leadership, no vision, no loyalty and no integrity at key high organizational levels. This is not a recipe for success.
Just fake all your calls. ALL of them, from now until this bitch hits something hard. Interview, line something else up, when you find something (will be sooner than later) keep faking your calls. Then, start the new gig, but don’t quit Die-itchy Stink-hole, keep faking calls and wait til they lay you off... then take the severance. You will feel AWESOME, and have a great $ Year.

Thanks for making my point. You are an asshole. Those of us with some pride simply go to work every day and do our best with some integrity to actually EARN the paycheck that someone else signs. I don’t believe that being employed by someone else means you don’t work hard. How do you look at yourself in the mirror knowing you are stealing.
