Thoughts on future & interviewing with this company????

Traveling reps have never made an impact on sales, and the current vp has admitted he sees no value in the role. You won't have a good IC payout cause you won't be in a territory long enough.
 






Stock IPO'd a year ago at $11/share... Already down to $4/share... Company just had serious layoffs & several top reps just left the company.

It will only be a matter of time till the company is sold... I wouldn't waste my time...

They only give reps 6-12 months before they layoff. (Call some of the 40% displaced this past February)

New VP and CEO bringing in there buddies after then ran Hologic into the ground... Seriously, just ask around

Base is a non-negotiable 75k... Bonus is roughly 40k at plan but less then 1% actually achieve it. The product is decent but many docs view APO B as a cheaper and just as reliable measure. (Apo B is cheaper & covered better then NMR). Again it's a decent product that Lipo is trying to make a standard of care but the market is just not ready.

Only reason to consider it is if your unemployed.... I know many that left a stable job for this place & have regrets. Just my opinion, hope it helps.

75 base is for full sales rep. If its a back fill position of a territory that was vacant due to "cost cutting" the base will be lower. If it gets filled at the same pay they just cut there will be lawsuits to follow. Not sure you want to get caught up in that mess.
 






Unfortunately although CafaPharma does draw a lot of negative chatter in this case the comments are very accurate. I have 5 years of prospective. Not what you want to hear.
