Interviewed recently for GI position for MA territory....bit worried after reading some of these blogs on management style & the status of the company. Thoughts/Opinions??
 


















Mike is probably a good guy, but he was recently promoted by AB. He was a rep and not even a trainer, very interesting. The point is, that he will be one of AB's puppets! She will micro manage him to micro manage his district, no doubt about it!

It's no bigger or smaller of a piece of shit than any other idiotic pharma company out there. Same shit. Run around, try to look like you are seeing doctors, make-up calls, pretend on calls and district mtgs that you have some sort of influence or control over what is used and what isn't, and try and figure out how to spend your days without sliding into a boredom induced coma; all while you hope that the wind blows your market share in the right direction so that you can take credit for it. Only difference between this and other companies is that WC requires that you take your friends out to dinner twice a week and report it as a MedEd.

You don't really think that we are any different than any one of these other stupid companies, do you?
 






Yes my friends loved the two dinners a week. We would hit up all the best places in town. That was the only advantage for working with Warner. The question should be why are top reps and upper management leaving? Is there writing on the wall?
 






Because they are laying off people as always. The lawsuit against Warner by folks that were laid off few months ago is going to break this company up. I would not be surprised if some end up behind bars.
