Thoughts on Cadio/Metobolic lay-offs first?

Three people seeing the same people stepping all over each other's toes in order to get 10 calls per day is unsutainable. The only way this would have worked was if the SP's did only PCP's and the Cardio rep wit the specialist. Unfortunately with this environment as it is I think the company will end up having one rep per territory. Amarin does not have the revenue stream to keep paying this many reps to sit home. Good luck to all.

It’s pretty safe to say that 80% will be laid off before August, this is being floated in corporate right now. The expansion was a dire mistake and has created much friction internally, you can imagine the dynamics especially given the unforeseen market downturn. Be proactive and start looking now; it may be a bit late vs. a few months ago but trust me this is a bloodbath in the making and it’s only going to get worse.

Don't understand why JT, AB and the rest of the brain stems in Corp decided to increase the sales force by 400 people with one drug and zero pipeline. Makes it unatractive for any buyer. They made the same mistake a few years back, the sales force is always expendable to these people.

SO glad I left. This is NOT a stable company
