Has anybody had contact with this recruiter? Just looking for feedback. My suggestion is to always see if a recruiter has a profile posted on Linkedin. Then you will know exactly who you are dealing with. He does have a profile on Linkedin. He's been with Ventiv since August. He also has two years as a sales rep with Teva, big deal. He has no more than two years with another company. None of which I am familiar with. He is qualified to be pharmaceutical recruiter?
This is who makes decisions on who moves on? I've forgotten what he will ever know about selling pharmaceuticals? Where do they get these people from??? Am I missing something? Somebody, anybody respond.

Recruiters are in the business of sales, most from what I've seen were reps or DM's in past lives. Don't need a PhD, just a bit of a brain and selling ability to sell company to reps and reps to hiring managers. Can't believe you people put people's full names on here?! What is wrong with you, how would you like to find your name on hang-ups blasted on the boards? Jerk!

an ex pharma rep who transitioned into recruiting is a whole lot better than these outsourcing hr firms a lot of companies use; they have zero healthcare background, they just read a script, have no comprehension of your response, but then rate you on a one to five scale which determines whether or not you get the interview with the company, who is probably paying big bucks to these morons to do initial screens.
