I am a salaried employee at Novartis. Still not clear what this is. Are you saying next year’s target bonus will be multiplied by 1.2? Or does this affect 2021?

The one business performance factor... (BPF).

Bonus = Base Salary X Bonus Target X BPF X Individual Performance Factor (IPF).

Ah yes I am familiar with the new evolve tiers but not the multiplier. And I know for a fact they are giving our plenty of exceptional impact ratings this year. You sound unhappy. I hope you have a better day tomorrow
