Sinking? Have you seen who is driving the ship. It’s a submarine now and on its way to the bottom. When they have leadership there that spews and promotes hate, decisiveness, back stabbing. The place is an utter joke. I’m sure the black history month is going great there. (Rolling eyes). Total joke.
 


















The time to leave is NOW! The job market hasn’t been this good since the pandemic. Companies are willing to pay for your talent and you will have less drama in your life. I have two final interviews next week both offering 20-30k over what Tris pays.

I agree, the job market is hot right now. It's not just salary, this company is cheap in every way imaginable. Burn 'em and turn 'em attitude when it comes to employees. The turnover has been high over the years, but I don't think it falls on Nick, Tom, Todd, James, Malcom, Nikki or anyone else that has been mentioned on here. You are kidding yourself if you have ever thought they were in control of anything.
 










































How many years in a row will Ketan do layoffs right before the holidays? When will he include Nick? We are out here working hard to sell these horrible products of his and the thanks we get is losing our jobs? A guy on my team said this is the fourth year in a row!

Do it. I did. They did not know. Manager had no clue. Sat at home faking calls. Totally dumb manager. I got and extra month
