Yes people are on PIP this early in the game. BS about JSP saying that the people in the bottom will get all the help they can - instead they get the blame for having slow uptake of conversions.

Sun Pharma is simple economics.

You over hired in all capacities. Your expenses and salaries are through the roof.

How more inevitable can it be that justifying your existence will be more your course then actually executing your job.

This is already leaking into Managed Markets and inside Princeton. The " Sun Pharma revolving door" arena is already established.

Don't rub it in - it's a toxic work environment - micromanaged like crazy - my Manager gives me crap - how can I trust him when my whole team knows he talks out of both sides of his mouth.
Holds a conference call and chews out his team - nice way to perk up a team that is already struggling - nitpicks on everything and calls out people on his team by texting everyone - what a big mistake coming here
