agreed. I have been with Ethicon for 10 years and the new model is have people do more but keep the same pay. I hope that 2016 will be a year where people can make some money when they hit all the seven buckets and qualifier requirements.
 












I left late last year as a Senior TAL. It was the most difficult job I have ever done. I agree that the model is heading towards the TAL role as it probably should. However, take half of the savings from cutting other roles and give it to the TAL role. That was a huge job and the retention is going to continue to slip if somethings not done
 






More disappointing news from the organization under the mask of doing what's right. No wonder there is so much frustration and so many job vacancies at Ethicon. My guess is that after the payout from last year, there will be a spike in turnover.
