This meeting fucking sucks!

It's easy to leave the company - just tell your boss that y'all quit. Go For It!
Umm, its actually easier to sit around and do nothing. By the time anyone catches me I will have already socked away at least six months of salary and bonus and will have options of where to go after Shire pays me a nice exit package so I don't sue them for wrongful termination. I mean just look at the history of their shenanigans, its all out there.

An extended paid vacation begins right as this meeting concludes. I've seen enough.

For the whiner, I can help you. Ready?

Call 877-744-7343, press option 6 (whambulance direct line) and then go sit on your thumb as far up your ass as your "my shit doesn't stink" attitude then spin as fast as you possibly can.

For the whiner, I can help you. Ready? Have a pen and paper?

Call 877-744-7343, press option 6 (whambulance direct line) and then go sit on your thumb and shove it as far up your ass as possibly can (probably not very far bc of your "my shit doesn't stink" attitude) then spin as fast as you possibly can on said thumb.

Mmmmm buh bye.

The line was busy. Must be everyone is calling to complain!

Gosh, I had the best time tonight... It was so great to see leadership stand awkwardly on stage and congratulate people that they hardly recognize- caveat, I won recognition and not one of them addressed me by name. Since I don't participate in endless self-promotion and just do my job I am second class and probably not considered to be contributing positively. I'm looking forward to going back to my real job instead of watching this self-serving soap opera.

Perry doesn't say your name because he can't pronounce it, just like our products.

I need to get out of this company!
Hey at least you're not one of the reps that got brought into a room and berated, told that if they didn't start to work harder they would be fired after only 5 months out in the field with little managed care launching xiidra.... Talk about ridiculous pressure. Think about that, 5 mos no coverage with a new product...

You can't say you weren't warned. Just ask most reps that work here. We are all trying to get out. You should have done your homework. You'll be fired in 3 months. I hope you have a backup plan.

Is this for real? if it is that's absolutely ridiculous, what do they want a miracle? I hate it when they say that our commercial coverage is good and that it's on parity with Restasis because it isn't!

Total FAKE NEWS!

But the other 230 of us did it. Not that hard.

What I can't wrap my head around is how do you get called into a performance meeting when you exceed the Q4 #s by over 20%. You even had a top 10 Y bucket rep called into that meeting. So 3 or 4 flat weeks to start the year negates 3 or 4 great months of exceeding goal? I can't comprehend these actions...
