This job has become a total joke

I'm so disappointed in this company. CT is already going obsolete and we have nothing coming. The longer I'm here the harder I work and the less money I make. I felt like I took 5 steps forward when I started this job and now I feel like I've taken 20 steps backwards. This job is a JOKE!

Is it impossible to make good $ here? 200k? I heard about many openings but I found it hard to believe that making that kind of money was possible with the economy in the shitter and this being an elective procedure. Is management bad too?
