If you get laid off you will not find another "actual employee position" making 80-150 thousand in pharma. Wake up any new positions are offering 45-50 thousand for the same job and wont hire prior experience reps. Same job less than half the pay.

I'm in contract and make $77 base. My friend went to manufacturer and got $72 base.
We were laid off at same time. Both of glad we got a job quickly. Here is were the difference comes in. My contract manager is an over 50 man who is all about the sales. His 30 something DM looks at the time of his first and last signature. Clearly responds to ass kissing and has weekly teleconferences.
