IQVIA is truly unethical. Worst management team I’ve seen in a very long time. No accountability. No guidance. Promises made, promises broken.

I would stay far, far away from this company!

Not to mention the idiotic intranet they use. Most days, at least 4 or 5 teammates couldn’t even sign on. Then, Everyone got into trouble for not signing on, even with proof of a ticket from the supposed Helpdesk.

Which contract are you on? There is no guidance / accountability b/c they have no contracts and they ink contracts agreeing to anything and everything without knowing the feasibility. If your contract has you using your own laptop to log into Citrix, then all the work you do will take much much longer b/c of the access. Hopefully they are sending you a laptop which makes tackling all the assignments/courses/onbaording easier. Your Manager doesn't know what it's like b/c your Manager has an Iqvia laptop. WHen you have an Iqvia laptop you will have no issues.

You are naive not to know SEVERAL contracts with multiple people onboarding continuously. I hope no one would be stupid enough to help you. You are lacking basic operational knowledge of Iqvia.

Everything is about the billables and all they can pocket, including PTO and IC.

Exactly. I have worked on 2 IQVIA contracts.
The contract with company laptops was straight forward.
But the one we had to use over own laptop was a nightmare. And more so if you use Apple.
 




















It is OK. Be patient. New AI players are disrupting the healthcare and biotech data analyst market. ZS and other consultancies' days are numbered. They are soon obsolete. Good stocks to short.
