This is scary

You have to love her statement that 'rising tides do not lift all boats'. Maybe she should spend more time examining why decades of spending, affirmative action, and focused programs have done nothing to change the situation.Maybe it is time to look at the specific boats in question and not the tides!

Related to this, how is it that a congressional black caucus is accepted? I hope the not too distant future sees this for the racism it is. If you doubt it is racist, see the comments made when a white congressman, representing a majority black district, tried to join to support his constituents.
Clay issued an official statement from his office:

Quite simply, Rep. Cohen will have to accept what the rest of the country will have to accept – there has been an unofficial Congressional White Caucus for over 200 years, and now it's our turn to say who can join 'the club.' He does not, and cannot, meet the membership criteria, unless he can change his skin color. Primarily, we are concerned with the needs and concerns of the black population, and we will not allow white America to infringe on those objectives.

But hey, because I think racism comes in all colors, I guess that means I'm racially intolerant and want them hanging in a tree. This is the idiocy coming out of elected politician's mouths today and is far more important than Hoffa's latest stunt IMO.

Unfortunately, I am not allowed to comment on your post for fear of saying anything that could be misconstrued to be subtley racist.
