Unethical? I may have an interview for a sales position and really curious if you will add substance to your allegation.
 






i am no longer there. Don’t interview and if for a west coast position good luck. Place is a wreck. San Diego rep will back stab you, The California Rep is a wimp crying the Arizona rep is actually cool. If the whole team were like her the team would be a good team. The NM rep gets kicked out of offices like the west coast rep. Dm is nice but bless himself heart. He is in over his head. The company itself tries to manipulate the spread and encourage you to sell it since the clinical studies are weak. Good luck finding another job. And for those wanting to come here. Good luck. I recently left and that was the best decision for me.

Thanks for sharing, but there’s nothing unethical in your assessment as the initial message in this thread stated. Already interviewed, so just waiting to learn my fate.
 












Top 10 Reasons as to why Fidia is unethical
  1. Every rep is encouraged to sell spread by upper management even as far as receiving emails from the marketing director on how to do it.
  2. Your goals are changed after the payout and you only receive a magical number as your “goal” with no explanation given as to how they came up with this number.
  3. Your quarterly target commission is changed every time we have a meeting, aka every quarter, and sometimes more.
  4. Your 401k money will not be deposited in your 401k account. It will be stolen.
  5. You will be tracked on all levels, everywhere you go, including off hours on the weekends.
  6. The Director admitted to having no ASP so they could not report all sales.
  7. Many states are not getting reimbursed. Fidia is aware and is still encouraging reps to rob offices for sales. Knowing they will not be reimbursed and they will not help them in any way.
  8. Hymovis is only a salt chain added to Hyalgan and yet they never mention that in training and get their reps to make it sound more complicated to the physicians.
  9. Managed Markets pretends constantly to have emails from payers that will now be paid which are not true. So we can decide our doctors into placing orders. Knowing it won’t be covered.
  10. And if this isn’t proof enough just look at the turnover rate here at Fidia. Most are not here longer then a year and that’s why they have a 60% turnover rate!
 






Let’s not forget they don’t pay out expense reports every month cause they have no money and you are trained every quarter on a study you will never receive literature on because they have no money to print marketing materials
