This company will tank because of Liposcience new hires

Its sad working so hard here to see so many new hires that came over from Liposcience. They are a bunch of inbreds that use to blow smoke up each others ass and pat each other on the backs congratulating themselves on being the rulers of the world. In fact, look it how they tanked Liposcience, it went into bankruptcy and got bought out. They are fake workers and there's too many of them. Looks fishy to me.
 






I was wondering myself what was going on. Its like friend referring friend referring friend, etc. I have had qualified people want these jobs or want promotions but they are all going to liposcience "friends". Isnt that illegal? Its like a bad virus. They are everywhere and its spreading! Managers, sales reps, managed care, reimbursement, etc. WTH!!!!!
 















Wow, you are just figuring out the nepotism here at Natera? Where have you been the last two years? First it was Sequenome, then Conceptus, now Liposcience. Without these on your resume, you have very little chance at advancing here.

There will be a mass exit of true talent within the next 6 months. Poor IC plans, Spiffs that reward luck and timing, poor managed care presence and a reimbursement policy that not one person understands has led to this.
 









Wait until you see the tool bags working in managed care. They suck. Never once did they get a win for the NMR. They actually made us loose coverage. This will tank our test even more.
 



This is the life in a small start up company. Nepotism will always work its way in. Look at our Senior Leadership. Everything here is inbred. No where to go but down. Without naming locations, there is an ASR in the East Region who is the Fiancé of the best friend of the RD. There is a new CFS in the Central Region that came from LipoScience, pissed off all of the CFS counterparts they work with, alienated the RD, and accused people of cheating at training. The West has an RD that came from LipoScience who is clueless. All of the CFS reps hate working for him/her.

This was once a great place to work. The clock is ticking down to its implosion. Time to find greener pastures.
 



Just be careful and document your successes. Any one from Liposcience will take credit for your hard work. Make sure you send your success emails out before they do because it will be all about them, not you.

Some if the inbreeding also came from Hologic. If you have ANYONE in your area that worked at Holigic BEFORE Liposcience, be extra careful. These people were brought into Liposcience to cut peoples throats and they will do it to you too. They purposely ran people off as managers so they could hire less expensive, less experienced people in to make themselves look like they were saving the company money. Beware!!!!!
