I have worked at this company for a while and have watched it go down over time. I used to be proud to represent GSK and their products. But now all I see is a group that is sleeping at the wheel. They don’t have a vision for their people and appreciate hard work. They reward bad behavior. There is no way to feel appreciated and worthy when this is happening all around you daily. Dishonesty. Poor work ethic, lying, cheating, bulling and discrimination. This company will turn to shit and faster as the environment is worse than ever. So sad to see this happening but it’s who that is steering the ship that is responsible
