The most unprofessional company I have every work at. They can give uncapped bonuses because the target is set so high. You’re lucky just to hit close to target so you can keep your job.
Are there reps that make bonus each time? If so, then clearly you are wrong, and maybe the problem isn't the company, but YOU. You best find out what the successful reps are doing right, and you're doing wrong. You better hurry before they find out that you're useless!

Boy that really motivates me to go out and do my best. This is the type of speech that I would expect from Sales management.
Time to start looking. I am not going to put myself at risk by promoting off label to Myobloc business. This is not going to last with the leadership team in place.

That is why I am searching. Between have an alcoholic COO, having control freak running sales and all people leaving, the future does not look bright.
