Agreed.. This company is nothing more than a repackaged Tyco Healthcare where making a buck means more than all their talk of " integrity".

When are you guys going to get it, it;s always about the shareholders when its a public company. That is the CEO and executive levels objective, grow profits and drive stock price. Sales people can be replaced and most at a discount. I am a sales rep but I'm not in denial that I truly make a difference, I sell and I sell a lot. I am kept until I can't sell anymore, once that happens I need to plan on moving on to a company or product I can build like it did before. Good luck.
Just to let you know, we get it... Driving shareholder value benefits employees as well and we all get compensated accordingly in our efforts. Salespeople can be replaced as you said... However, what has become the standard in last few years is shit on the salespeople and blame them for senior mgmnt gaffes.. Why the hell should senior mgmnt care? They KNOW that they will always be taken care of by their buddies in the "old boy network" they keep alive...
In the meantime , they screw with sales forces who have careers and families like they do, but don't have the OBN to rely on..

If you're a good salesperson you don't belong here run run run, Management doesn't care about you or value you they care about the stock price and their bonuses that's all. They won't lose their jobs without huge payoffs, if you stay here your get your due the first time you miss a number, unlike the managers above you.
