After laying off 40% of their work force, they start handing out new stock to management who is driving this shit to the ground. this is just blatantly stealing money from investors and the board is not doing their fiduciary duty to the shareholders!

It's all smoke and mirrors. Think of the money investors have already lost. STAGGERING! Esperion continues to lose money and is literally burning money everyday. 40 % layed off. That really isn't a loss as the sales people weren't doing their job and Esperion paid the price by hiring 3rd rate reps with a poor performance background. What a waste with such a minow of a drug.

Number one mistake hiring 300 reps during COVID . They started in February and could have pulled back in March once the company knew the upcoming problems selling in a Covid environment. There was no reason to hire that many reps for a 3-4th line agent facing generics and PCSK9. If they knew the lipid market hiring 100 reps to start would have been smart but who said upper management was smart.

The thinking was that 300 Scientific hires with all of their so called talent and relationships would find a way to get it done. The single biggest mistake made was managers or RSD's didn't monitor their teams activities in Feb to July as many I know we're playing computer games with each other like Tic Tok and Call to Duty and Candy Crush tournaments and then would pass it off as team building. The managers were totally unqualified to head a team as they were all rejects. Tim was a complete idiot and bi-polar. A Charleton on his best day who had absolutely no clue on what he was doing. He tried the manage by intimidation but that failed miserable. There was plenty of blame to go around but Tim and the arrogance of his managers and hiring the wrong people and stealing business plans was a message about what this company was all about. Stealing business plans was the lowest of the low and what good did it do them?? It did nothing as the manager and hand selected rep before the cattle call interviews could not implement or understand how to use the plans. All the expense to flying people in with hotels and meals only to steal their business plans. This was a marker if things to come. Now look at this mess.

The interview process was the most bizzare process I ever saw. I remember the manager barely looking at my resume or asking anything on my background . It went straight to my business plan or who I believed were top targets and manages care in the territory. He had some dork with him who frantically was taking notes on everything I said. It was obvious when completed that this was just an information gathering operation as when I got to the lobby after the interview which I was told I would be moving forward to the next senior manager in a few hours I got a phone call from the travel agent telling me to go to the airport and take a flight home and would be contacted later which I wasn't. I knew right then the cpany was doomed and they had no idea what they were doing. So glad I didn't get the job as found a biologic job a month later. Funny how things work out.

How many times do you need to tell your same story over and over. You didn’t get hired, but thankfully you have been able to move on. For chrissakes it’s been almost 2 fucking years.

It won't stop either Ann Arbor lackey until Esperion is sold off dismantled and ends up as 5th choice in a Pakistan formulary. Treat people like shit and you get what you deserve Mr Scientific hire! This company is the anti-christ!

And what about all the lying degenerate managers and senior leaders who pulled off the charade in the initial hiring process? Talk about losers like that fatfuck CB , the asswipes in Texas, or the conman in Florida. Talk about a team of losers. And let's not forget the Ward Cleaver of Ann Arbor Tim M. What a prize he was. And you really think this band of misfits could launch a drug? Even when given the playbooks for each territory they still fucked it up. Kinda like your college football team in Ann Arbor. Can't wait to see the upticks in the Syrian,Jordan, Pakistan, Iraq formulates. Great 5th line choice !

The asswipes in Texas, huh? Houston was the #1 team in the nation you moron…

But remember. They were Scientific Hired, Highly Tenured Customer Facing Team and Lipid Trained
Experts !

Please show some respect.

Thank you

Tim M came up with Highly Tenured Customer Facing Team. What a joke!. They failed miserably. And the Scientific Hiring Process.. now that will never being repeated ever again. Remember when Esperion said multiple pharma companies copied this model? They claimed Amgen started doing this which was a complete lie. Tim M was desperate to make his mark in pharma. Too bad they showed him the door but only after completely botching the launch and underestimating the market. Small time players.

Just look right now how the market is reacting to The American Heart Assoc Sessions presentation today. Comparable to generic statins with 30 % reductions in LDL in 1 out of 3 patients. The sentiment is neutral on this presentation. Again we shit the bed!
