He got promoted because in the interview process he was told, we have some real issues in this region. His answer was, I will micro manage this shit out of them. It will be so bad that they will take to cafe pharma begging for Steve to come back. Eventually, a few will leave and we can celebrate because they were identified early on and don't understand they were the reason that a ginger prick was brought in. He is here to clean up the mess and the mess is you.
