I am a single mother of two and I am thinking about interviewing with Shire for a sales position in the GI unit.

In reading some of the posting regarding this division it seems as if many of the reps and or managers are Mormon.

I drink alcohol and coffee and I am opening supportive of gay rights ( I have a son who is gay and I love him dearly), more importantly I am an African American and proud of it!

If you know anyone that is Mormon ask the following questions:

Ask if the believe God was a man before He became God.

ask if God had sexual relations with Mary to conceive Jesus.

Here are just two of the false teaching they tell you. My advice read the bible. God has always exisited.

" In the beginning God"

Jesus was born of a virgin birth,

" And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favor with God.
And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?"

I still might interview because I want to see who these people are!

Who is the manager for Salt Lake City? Is he or she Mormon? what are they like to work for? Would they hire a black female single mom?
 












JW is the manager for Salt Lake. He is newly promoted into this position and beware he is MORMON!

with that being said, you being a black female and non mormon, you won't have a chance in hell of getting into Shire or even the Salt Lake City spot!

The scary thing is that there are people on both sides of this religious argument that think this way. Yikes!
 












NOT true that most reps and managers are mormons. Yes there are a FEW in GI but only one is a manager that I know of. As far as any African Americans being managers, currently there is two in GI. Don't believe the ridiculous threads about the mormon stuff. Good Luck!

Does the LDS teach you to say, "there IS two"? Really??? I hope you are a troll and don't actually have an impact on our stock.
 






Maybe instead of working for Shire, you can be a missionary to all the Mormons in SLC. Aren't most people in SLC Mormon? And why would you want to live and work there if you are so against their beliefs?
 






I though the manager was Joseph something, and he works for JC right. For some reason I want to say that his last name is Smith. Anyways, if you are going into it with that typical "the world is against me because:______________(fill in the blank) attitude" I am pretty sure you wont get the job because of the reasons you listed, but because you have a chimp on your shoulder and that would come out the wrong way....................

Hey that's NOT FUNNY!!!!

FIRST OF ALL...I am Mormon and I DID my mission trip in Southern California! Wow what a large group of souls that needed to be saved...and I DID the best that I could- the beach was GREAT....the women were incredible....the POT was GREAT....OH what the hell!

To tell you the truth, I hated every minute of riding those bicycles around, knocking on those doors with my white shirt, black pants and of course my "undershirt" hanging out. I got lucky several times going door to door and now I am selling spliff.....and drinking Coke....and cussing....I AM LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT!

I am African American and thinking of interviewing just so that I can be turned down. Is the Salt Lake City position still available?

Yea, this is a pretty messed up thread. Who cares what someone else believes based on their religion. Are you going to try and disprove all of them one by one, except your own?
