This is such a slap in the face to all in Marketing/Sales. First it was Performance Frontier now this, What a joke. Where did my Tiger screen saver go? Who's lain brain idea was this brain child. Jerry Acuff, a good ol' boy from down south. Why not a Hippie from Cali, or a Hard Ass fro Alaska??? What a joke to Basel, Novartis to have East Hanover run this show. Its like having the inmates running the asylum, working here is really getting worse each month!

We are doomed and as soon as the economy is on the rise, you watch the real talent leave this dump in droves! Unfortunately the economy is suffering from same thing Novartis has, useless leaders!!!!!

I always liked the Customer Centric Focus initiative because we were going to be focused on the customer. Does that mean that for the last 25 years I have been with Novartis the we didn't care about the customer. How does this sound, " Doctor, for the last 20 years I have been calling on you, Novartis didn't give a shit about you but now we do."
 








What if you are a customer that had a load of splooge deposited
& are now carrying a novartian jr. ????

Guess that means I have to think about child support now too !

Actually I am. I've cleared over $135,000 last five years (been here 24 years) for 30 hours a week work. LMAO at you, sucker.

Evolution of illusion is my MOTTO. I started here 18 years ago and gave a shit, tried really hard, achieved the highest in all kinds of awards (Presidents clubs, Internationals, Cornerstone, MVPs, District of years = 14 awards) to find today I could really care less. Still making goal but with much less care. I now have evolved to smile, nod, and say thank you. Lets see how long this game lasts. So far its worked for the past three years and running.

Anyways we all should be thinking back up plan, and my back up plan is waiting to have Novartis tell me to leave one way or another so I can open up my own business with all the money I have stashed through the years. Oh Well, be happier and most likely weather in so many more ways. I just find myself to lazy in ragards to doing it now???
