1. You don't need to be an asshole all the time
2. Stop your arrogant, know it all attitude and don't say anything stupid to prospective customers unless you know what you are talking about
3. If I have worked in an area for 10 plus years and you don't even know where the hotels are where I live, chances are I know more than you do about where to find business
4. If you want me to truly be entrepreneurial and close business, your job is to support what I do, not come in here and try and take over everything I set up and screw up everything.
5. If you get a vibe that my accounts don't like you, you are 100% correct. Let me handle them unless I ask for something

- It says a lot when I make a lot more $$$$ selling bootleg medications that have cheap bio equivalents to my customers than VAPs. The VAP is clearly superior to anything else out there but all my customers hear about is you trying to put unnecessary or unwanted tests onto all of my customers' panels. My other manager is realistic, listens to what my customers want and it not a complete tool. If people don't want something, they don't want something! Stop being an idiot!!! Rant over.

Bottom line is who would even buy Atherotech??? The last 2 years have been a case study in what not to do managing a company.

Amen to leaving his place. Unorganized and mgt probably has been the worst I've ever worked for. I'm making 150k a year here but it's slowly going away since my accounts hate this place. 3 more weeks and I'm gone.

Never before have I seen "management" done the way it is here. A constant, threatening environment.
 






I should've never come to this pile of crap. Lesson learned never trust the hiring managers who say you can make your goal the first year, but they fail to tell you that there is no support and fedex messes up on a daily basis.

I guess the Thermo jack asses are still around. I thought that tool in Texas would be fired by now. I know the dickhead in the northeast is still hanging on. When is this company going to wake up and get some managers that know the business
 






The guy in Texas is slowly dismantling his team. All are looking to leave and all have filed complaints with HR, but nothing has happened. He is making presidents club because of his great team but doesn't realize they all hate him and offices dislike him. Adding on tests without doctor knowledge. Hopefully gets fired soon.
