Sarissa is coming after the BODs, specifically Pops, hard!

At the June 29 Annual General Shareholders meeting, remember to vote FOR the election of Sarissa nominees, AGAINST the conpensation of the company's names executive officers, and FOR all other proposals in the proxy statement.

I agree with some of this.

  • Yes...vote against Pops and all his other board cronies!
  • Yes...vote for the three Sarissa nominess!
I would go one step further and vote against all the other recommendations of the board (items 2 through 6). This needs to be a full rebuke of the Pops Pack of Thieves and all they recommend so that the Sarissa slate has a clear mandate to reform this bodega of a kleptocracy, masquerading as a legitimate publicly held company.

Voting for Sarissa. Pops and his $10 million dollar salary need to go. Alkermes needs to expand the portfolio and increase profits and stock price.

The new board members will quickly realize that we have a lot of useless positions, like the kams and too many Managed Markets people. Time to trim the waste.
