Do we honestly think they will roll us over? Was told by my DSM that they are working hard on finalizing this. Also working on giving us the time off between Christmas and New Years. Also a better salary?? thoughts.....
 






None of the above will happen. Remember, this is contract sales. Last rollover occurred in 2001 and that was one of only a handful in Innovex's existence. BTW, the "rollover" in 2001 was not technically a rollover as everyone had to re-interview for their positions. Many did not make it.
