Especially with people posting initials and sometimes actual NAMES of people in libelous comments... geez! Get a clue people--you can be found. Cafe Pharma wants to stick around, and if there's enough noise about libel on this board, they'll delete posts. I'm glad to read a lot of this is people posing as Miraca employees..

DON'T bite the hand that feeds you. If you don't like this company, or it's management or direction, start job-hunting. If you can't find another job yet, stop putting libelous trash into the universe and do something more productive with your time.

My first and last name was posted by some evil person and I never found out who it was, only that it was someone from my own company. This was after a significant downsizing and led to months of unemployment. Cafe pharma took the comment down as soon as I requested but whomever posted it had vicious intent because they knew how to get a name picked up by web crawlers so that people would see it any time they searched my name. Clearly some people have hired attorneys to go after Cafe pharma. If a name is mentioned people should have the right to the IP address so they can sue whomever committed libel.
