For those that choose to indulge in bashing specific people, product lines, service categories and more, please note that there is no such thing as anonymity on the internet. The web is not anonymous. Everyone must assume that everything they write, share, publish and comment on can be traced back to them personally. All employees, across all companies, are legally responsible for his/her own postings. In a previous company, I saw employees lose their jobs over their social media postings. Remember, the web contains a permanent record of comments. I would be very careful, and consider trying to be respectful in all discourse and interaction on the web and avoid engaging in online disputes.
 






Do you really think that CafePharma is going to willingly turn over anyone's ip address? I think it would take a court order (literally) to get the ip addresses of the various posters on this site.
 






Was there a meeting about this board or what?? The positivity is terrific for those still stuck in the downward spiral that is Miraca or the new employees who simply don't know any better. Good luck and stay positive. You have great leaders!!! Lol
 






All these ridiculous posts about positivity and attempt to induce fear into anyone posting here are fricken outrageous. Is this where the marketing budget is spent? Direct to consumers ? Lol. That's right, there is no money other than for the shareholders.
 






get a life "who ever in miraca keeps posting these threats". the truth hurts doesnt it? our management team sucks and keep making the same mistakes year after year. never fixing, only promising. i love the new comp plan. fucking rediculous. you expect different results without training us on the new program to get different results. oh yeah miraca is so wanted in offices. they say if it aint broke, why use another lab. value. oh yeah, quality-nope, opps i forgot mu.
 






I agree with this original post. In today's world, anyone that posts on any social media site remain bound by applicable federal laws and policies and procedures as well as libel, copyright, fair use and financial disclosure laws. An employee can be easily be terminated across all companies in America now due to defamatory, obscene, libelous or harassing content. The employee is personally responsible for the legal consequences of their posts. I've seen it, personally.
 






Especially with people posting initials and sometimes actual NAMES of people in libelous comments... geez! Get a clue people--you can be found. Cafe Pharma wants to stick around, and if there's enough noise about libel on this board, they'll delete posts. I'm glad to read a lot of this is people posing as Miraca employees..

DON'T bite the hand that feeds you. If you don't like this company, or it's management or direction, start job-hunting. If you can't find another job yet, stop putting libelous trash into the universe and do something more productive with your time.

Nothing is Anonymous. Logs are kept by all parties even if the host deletes them every night.

Think about the advertising on this site. Cafepharma sends connection info to target those ads. The marketing company sells the data.

Your age, sex, income, city, time of post is all sent to marketing companies at a price. A lab can purchase this data and do their own targeted hunting.....
