About staying with a company that spends 3 years talking about the demerger. The balloons. The excitement. The VALUE.
Then it happens in July. Some slaps on the backs of the IT guys and that’s it. Why stay? Well because the company will help you build your personal wealth and you will grow with them. They consolidate so you keep your value. Only problem is it takes a dive and management has neither the courage or transparency to exercise its own values and incent people to feel better who just lost 20% of why they stayed.
I would much rather hear that message from Emma next time she comes flapping her bat cape in Philadelphia with the Bob Barker emcee.
