Actually was referring to the manufacturing operations side, which is important for sales people to be informed about. Can't sell shit if operations doesn't make it for you!

Actually, there are no women on the operations manufacturing side either. They promote women to jobs like General Quality Manager but pay them less than the men they promote to General Operations Managers. If there are no women General Managers now (and the rumors say there are not) then there will not be any.
