And your hitting goals because of UA labs in your territory.  This company doesn't recognize the best reps, it recognizes the reps that have a great territory and forecast.  Be honest there is no way to meet your forecast without some external factor to help blow those goals out.  Example Texas and North Carolina who are saturated with physicians using united allergy labs testing and immunotherapy to make money.  the only reps that are consistently recognized are the ones with UAL, or a horrible situation with children in their terriories.  These reps don't sell, they ride the physicians business and take credit.
