Balzer is a good dude and a solid leader. The Sanofi issue came after the Sanofi-Aventis merger and they dismantled the derm division. Joe is as solid as they come. The ADs and Managers are a fucking mess...especially SP. Guy needs to learn to shut the fuck up. Loves to hear himself yammer and says absolutely nothing. Tool.

Balzer was a complete buffoon at Sanofi. A bald face liar. Would stand countless times in front of sales teams and talk right out his ass. Not respected at Sanofi in the least. Remember clearly after one of Sanofi's massive layoffs at the next meeting and said layoff were done for 5 years as they had the correct footprint. 6 months later another 2000 reps walked the plank. Was very smug in his presentation and arrogant as hell. He was the first to start running cardiovascular into the ground at Sanofi . You've got a real winner in Joe. Good luck and buckle up.
