It is likely that Valeant is currently recruiting industry experts outside of B+L to assess each business and the personnel at least at the Director level and above. Some of these consultants will then likely be hired to run the business the Valeant way.

Really doubt that, going by past history, they do not analyze, they just blindly throw cards in the air & the ones that land face up are they ones they keep.
