The United Effect













The NC management would be a great place to start. We have never seen a larger group of inept and irresponsible bunch of misfits ever to practically run a company into the ground. Easy pickins’ for all the other labs.
 






























If not, sell short. This first quarter will be a disaster! Management leading by intimidation with no leadership qualities whatsoever. When is the last time your leadership brought ANYTHING productive to the table except you have to get your numbers up? My 8 year old grandson can do that and he will do it for a box of crayons, not a 6-figure salary.
 


















My RMBD told us that anything that happens to us in the first quarter was beyond his control. Watch out if you have lost ANY accounts in the last 4 months. Start looking and get ahead of the game! Good luck! First right of refusal is priority but once you have lost one, you are targets.
 






Who are you responding to? Everyone knows that Labcorp shuts down the last quarter! Some of us get on here to see if any employees are still checking in. We know you aren’t with your customers. They tell us all about it!

Does this mean that a certain snarky, rude lab manager in a small southern California town that begins with the letter M..and ends with....ia, has. basically, lost clients with a phone call can become a target also? Yes, the same one who proclaims that she gets along with everyone? We have yet to figure out why she is still there.
