Hi guys,

I'm currently in medical device - selling capital equipment to the hospital. I was contacted by a recruiter for a position with your company. I was told 65k base and 115k at plan.

-Are these numbers accurate?
-Are the quotas reasonable?
-What percentage of sales reps are hitting their yearly quotas?

OI resending job offers to RM staff

OI lacks funding to move forward. Financial woes are public knowledge. OI significantly reduced head count in both offices.

IT integration is being hampered by funding and leadership. IT resources limited to older hardware.

No R&D

No more money to be made.

And now I have epifix and grafix all over my territory. They are both taking share and it's only going to get worse. It's time to move on from here, nice run but its over now.

I agree just over the last week I have 2 clinics that are now beginning to use Grafix. The epifix rep a slime bag that continues to buy the business.
 


















Why do we have people who are no longer with us on our web page?

Are we that cheap that we cannot remove the people that are no longer with us on our web page? Are we trying to puit up a fake front? Was this part of the double D's sevrance package?
