LOL, well put. I see these guys all over the place. They get on planes with their scrubs on trying to look like a doctor. Doctors wouldn't do that. What's with that image they're trying to project ? I don't get it.

Dirty little secret. Also, Biomet reps will get better commission deals than Zimmer reps?? Hmm. Depends who you are. It's the Zimmer reps getting the shaft on this deal. The Biomet reps are in the driver's seat.
 












Every pharma and med device company that has merged/bought never keeps 100% of sales force. That's the norm. Nor do they pass out severances anymore. They make sure morale sucks so people leave. The numbers aren't always the main factor. If your numbers suck but a senior person and HR person are close to you for whatever stupid reason they'll keep you. If you've manipulated the right people you're in. We've all seen this.
