I understand that you work for Ethicon, so may be we should talk a little slower for you. This is an article that describes the J&J culture up to the highest echelons of the organization. If you, in your basement level field position, think that these indiscretions were not driven by unrealistic demands from New Brunswick on senior GBU leaders, you're a fool.
So unless you think that your GBU has some rock-star, brilliant leaders with the cajones to stand up to New Brunswick, you're fooling yourself to think that this type of egregious behavior is not pervasive through all business units.
