THE TOP 10 REASONS TONY HAS TO GO !

10: He is incapable of motivating anyone, he is demotivating
9: He is abrasive and disrespectful to those around him
8: He still knows nothing about our business or the employees
7: He is killing the morale and culture of Cubist more and more each day he is here
6: He has no leadership ability, cubefolio and role playing is not the answer
5: He does not care about any of us, it's about the people. He can't understand that
4: No one in the home office or the field likes him
3: Because your heart tells you so Greg, you know he is not right so do something about it
2: Salespeople and sales management will leave soon due to the environment he creates

And the #1 reason Tony has to go is…..

You are an asshole. Brave anonymous poster. Spend 5 minutes to get to know the guy jackass. I have worked with him in the past and he cares deeply about his organization. Maybe it's the accountability that has you whining like a cat in heat.
 






Accountability? I hope TC and GS are accountable when this "experiment" is finally seen as a flop. There is no way CBMs can be successful being asked to do more than humanly possible and being pulled in so many different directions. When spread this thin, everything fails. And also, I'm not interested in being a guinea pig for an end result, which if miraculously did happen, would mean validating horrible working conditions for the rank and file while fat cats get fatter. After a while, "Do what's right for the company" begins to be less sincere and starts to feel downright offensive. Never in my 20+ years have I seen anything like this. Upper management pushing accountability on the reps in outrageous ways while taking no accountability for themselves. I don't agree with everything in the original post. I've met TC, and I don't believe he's an awful person. But how is he still here you might ask? Because GS and others at the top embrace his antics. It's not just TC. It's the new, less effective, less humane, sad Cubist where everything is about process and less about letting experienced people run their businesses.
 






Folks, changes are being planned for 2015. For c/t launch. If you have been here for any length of time you would know that leadership has a history of course correcting. Despite short term challenges Cubist has a strong track record of doing the right thing. In fact you can't say that about too many companies in this business.
 






Changes you say? Too late. Mr. Dodgeball has already done considerable damage to this organization. When we mess up in the field we don't get a second chance. He's already had more than he deserves.

Let's not forget his inability to put together a grammatically correct email!! How embarrassing to have someone in a VP role that can't spell correctly or write! Hey Tony heard of spell check?

In a few more weeks they will get a nice message when over 20 CBM's blow out of here to get away from the Tony & Greg show. I for one can't wait to flush Tony & Greg down the porcelain along with the roll playing, Sivextro play book, and of course the apps.
 






Notice how they are having a hard time filling the open CBM positions, referral has gone up to 10K! Unfortunely I can't even think about bringing anyone over to Cubist! Besides the fact that I have previously referred excellent candidates and they didn't even get a call! What so they can bust their butts to study 4 products, gazillion assessments, profile their accounts while in home study, field rides during home study, add on new disease for gram negative oh the list goes on! For what??? To maybe make a bonus?? Morale is so low and upper management is just turning a deaf ear! They make it seem like we are incompetent because we can't " Manage the Portfolio"!
