A bit of end of the year fun…
I like to sleep a lot. I do nothing all day and I get paid a lot of money.
My manager is cool and leaves me alone.
I like to shag in the back of my company car and Lyft whenever I can.
I have been here 20 years. I work sometimes if there is nothing better to do. The key is don't be a jerk. Don't make waves and smile. We get paid a good deal of money to be social. I have seen scientists come and go. I do feel bad for them. They make crappy money, introverted, and are not happy. I get along with everyone and no one really cares. This is as close to a government job as it gets. I don't do the Uber crap. I have no need. I make really good money and happy to do this as a hobby when time permits.I literally work maybe 1 hour a day in an average week, if that!!
have to put a full day in if the manager comes on a visit or I have a trainer out
I make approx 130k hardly working and love it. The PS5 is my saviour
My brother uses my car as an Uber so we all making bucks

Been with Merck 22 years. Not really sure how I Made it through all the cuts and downsizing, lucky I guess. In the summer I play golf at noon with the boys unless I have a lunch, then I meet them on the back 9. I never make waves, agree with all bullshit that comes down. In the winter I try to have a lunch everyday. I don’t start until 9;30-10:00 because its so dark here in the morning, so I just sleep. Any kind of snow or ice I go home. If someone was to say something, I just say safety first. My manager is buried in so much other bullshit that she barely has time for a field visit. I don’t do the Uber or Lyft thing because I make good money. I’m sure this is going to end soon, I need about 8 more years of this then I’ll be set.
