The soap opera continues. What does Dennis Harrington know that we in the field don't

Nothing. When you see the mountain approaching at 550 mph you grab a parachute and jump. Whoever is left must not be looking out the window.

Serious question here, how do you reps explain to your customers the revolving door of senior leaders? Especially if you are on the West Coast / northwest regions / or california where there has been nothing but a sheer stampede for the exit. Just curious how one handles that with physicians expecting to develop a relationship with corporate leaders.

Customers really don't bother whoever comes and goes. They are interested in "Payola" whether the senior or junior leader pay it is fine by them. Just don't worry about these things.

This is how bad things are at BSX. He leaves to become the CEO of a ridiculous start up company called Bridge Point with ZERO revenue. Figure this out? Going from a a position responsible for aproximately $8 billion in sales to a company with less than $10 million in sales. Please give me a hand, because I can figure this out. Things must be even worse than I thought.
Things will get better under Mark Tolan. Don't you worry. He's been in CRM a long time. Less than a year. This has to be a joke. We in the field have so much confidence in our leadership. Thank you

Boston Scientific leadership does not respect the CRM group. Never has, and never will.

that's so funny, because I hear that same thing being said from physicians, hospital, nurses, patients, and your competitors...!
