It's an older story from before provenge was aproved. Just to update you since then, the Senator's wife's compensation from Dendreon is in the millions. She sold shares soon after approval.

The Bayh's supposedly are worth over 14 million. Most people think he quit politics so she could continue raking in the money with no more questions about this clear conflict of interest that went on for so many years.

After reading that story and knowing the mess here, it does not seem like she did too much oversight or asked many important questions of EC for all the millions she made. Is she one of those "job creators" the Republicans are referring to when describing upper income people? Lots of layoffs here of hardworking people and others just shift titles and stay on.

I find it amazing that the board's oversight is so bad that they let this company go 4 months without a chief compliance officer. They are so complicit in this.
 






Great oversight Mrs. Bayh. There should be an expose as to why you got all the board positions you got while your husband was in office. Not sure how you sleep at night.
