FYI folks! interviewed before for one of the so called ‘specialty’ roles and the pay is not much more than a contract job! Your title has some sort of ‘specialist’ or ‘manager’ but you are paid like a CONTRACT REP or ASSOCIATE/ENTRY LEVEL SALES REP!! You will be nowhere near specialty pay!!! It’s laughable n THE BIGGEST INSULT EVER. Hard F’n PASS!! And I agree w the poster, get pay info BEFORE INTERVIEWING or you will get DUPED and waste your time only to find out salary for entry level.
