The Rise and Fall of Transplant
C.W.was expecting a billion dollars from this franchise and what did CS give him?
The “three blind mice” to run the store.
And if you look at the greatest imposter of them all - DG.. take a peek at her CV and it screams no clinical experience but she bears the title of Medical Director. Riddle me that??
This destructive course could have been corrected, but CS, how did you sign off on the return of total incompetence to run the marketing show, everyone is wondering why you would allow this person back.
As the years went by the collapse of the ‘bridge” was inevitable, due to the arrogance and vengeance. What was once a promising franchise was destroyed. You believe that no-one can see… but don’t be mistaken it is front and center for all to ridicule.
And here is the kicker..:
The return of the empty “hall”. An entity that is vacant of any real clinical/marketing/transplant knowledge.
But this was what the franchise desperately needed to propel them towards success. But don’t be mistaken it is front and center for all to ridicule.
This caused a ripple of giggles in the room:
……”hil, hil, hil, wait, I will walk behind you going up the stairs!”
How much has the incompetence of “three blind mice” cost Takeda?
Meaningless engagements where the customer asked for clinically relevant transplant support and it became obvious that they lacked the knowledge and expertise needed to fulfill the request.
The “three blind mice” have left a black eye on this franchise that at one time held real promise. It did not have to be this way.. but insecure and incompetent leadership left no hope for success.

- All these meetings, congresses and multiple agencies that the “mice” enlisted ended up being a colossal waste of time and resources. CS.. beware of the “smoke and mirrors”. The KOLs walked away with clear understanding that this group has no idea what they are talking about, a complete waste of time, did they even have a agenda?, why did they want to meet if they have NOTHING to offer. These engagements that are so highly regarded are a complete disaster.
