The recruiters you are using in the Philippines are incompetent, read off boxes and are not helpful at all. They are creating more barriers and challenges and I know you think you are saving money, but your time is your money. They are wasting your time due to their incompetencies. Sometimes just checking a box is not a necessary skill to find the right candidate.
