Hey Paul, as a long time CP follower and beneficary like many from the leaks and posts that are shared on this forum going back many years, please find out who this impostor is who is trashing this board and diverting from your posts that have helped so many see the truth and light behind companies, the DM's, expansion plans, PIPs, RBD dirt and nepotism and the bad practices and sample sig audits and tactics that so many naive reps are oblivious to, until they get the hammer and are on that dreaded "letter of concern", that will hit in February for the Latoody reps who do not hit the metric of 10 calls per day, 7 sigs with time stamp for first call at 8am and last call time stamped at 4pm. DM's have been instructed to pull activity reports on Fridays for previous week and daily snyc reports will be sent out daily for the entire district and region "cc" to Rbd. This is the info that we need, not the hairy balls posts. Paul your fans plead to rid this poster of his privilege. We know the real Paul Revere who is famous on this board and site for many years is aware of this diversion poster who comes on here and acts like the real "mccoy"...... talk to your sources and get this faker of this board. Even the biggest kool aid kooks look to the original Paul Revere who made their mark at GSK and other small companies over the years for sense and truth and most of all the "leaks" from senior management and their loose lips that PR always shares with the masses.....come back PR, rid us of the impostor. Someone get rid of this loser who keeps posting immediate follow ups with nonsense quotes being used for diversion to the Sepracor joke and the negativity that is wide spread among new hires and the truth behind this metric rodeo!!! Keep the quote "guy" off the board. It is a diversion tactic from a DM to try and break the threads that have info on the DM's, culture, and the truth about the new division. Keep them at bay! Where do i find the work of the famous "oracle"... we have heard about her. A real wildcard, not as reliable as Paul Revere, but a good source most of the time. There is only one Paul R. and we appreciate the work that they provide. All newbies should invest some time into Paul's work on CP, legendary.

When you see postings from the real Paul Revere you will know it. Famous for prediction of lay offs, inner office shenanigans, and a penchant for exposing these chicken shit Dm's for their tactics and spreading of the "fear and intimidation management style and culture that is being developed for the new Latoody team. Via call reports, time stamps on sigs and opening of lap top lid, gas receipt time stamp and location/time of fill, calling offices to verify vacations of doctors to correspond with "detail only call submission" and the "phantom signatures that reps produce on low volume targets".

PR was spot on about the no zip code payout for Latuda and the "target only pay out for bonus"..... locked call plans and no IMS data on correlation to payout. NO pay for entire territory! This was a topic my DM skirted like the plaque during interviews, in fear that when the best reps hear of such minor league gamesmanship, they would lose the performers. They were right!!! DM claimed the company surprisingly decided to "take the unconventional route" and says unfortunately only paid out at the rep level on "targets" and not zip. DM's will be paid on entire universe..... This is what led many to pack it in on these bafoons before we ever started.

The resignations after the new year will be enormous. Paul was spot on again. I already know of 3 reps on my team who have not given notice yet and do not plan on leaving their current gig for this, will resign shortly after a nice double dip, and know of at least 10 in my region who are interviewing with other companies and will bail before March 1. Again the art of the double dip will be played to the bone here. Hire scums for DM's, treat reps like children, pay on targets and lie about coverage.

Not the way to retain or attract anything but a robot cock suck reppie who shuts the trunk and drop the starbucks, but says "i work hard, the only way I can see my doc is if I do a lunch or bring in free food for a trade of signature so my boss does not put me on the "list" for not hitting the 10 call and 7 signature mandate and blindsides me with a below expectations and manages me out by the first quarter"!!!!!! Dime a dozen....

Cant wait to hear the pumper resident DM to come on and spin the truth once more. Old, very old lame duck game these clowns try to play with newbie reps....

Who is the "oracle" and how do I find their work? We all know of Paul Revere but the Oracle I believe is not a Seprabot. I know Oracle brought down a few DM's at small pharma but did not know they got involved with meaningless outfits like Sepracor. Interesting.
