Why are there so many openings at ISR? This place seems like the hot place to be. Work hard, good pay, same sales pressure other companies face. Why are people leaving so fast.

Why are there so many openings....... Because so many people think the same as you and join the company, attracted by the allure of the technology and pay. Then, after approximately 1.5 to 2 years you learn the truth.

That's not true. I've been here three years with no plans of leaving. We have openings because of growth. Of course some people decide its not for them but not to the tune the haters on this board would lead you to believe. Do your research outside of cafepharma. It's not hard to find people that have been here 3+ years.

Your options must be priced high. I thing GG developed an algorithm with HR that takes a number of variables and spits out a report for who to let go that quarter. Variables might include your options, CAST grade, procedure accuracy, and the number of drinks you have at sales meeting.

That's so spot on!! I swear everyone I know that was cashing out their options were all of a sudden body snatched! HR wants you to think you have money but if you cash it out, you're gone, along with your options!
