That's the whole problem: It starts in Germany. German leaders are known for being horrible, control-freaks who provide dictatorial orders as opposed to treating people with respect.
 












The rat here just made the above post. Go back to the hole you just came out of. Stop your complaining people. You think some lilly rep would jump to be in your position. You betcha. You don't like things here than LEAVE.

I just think you are right middle management people are doing and planning on doing just that. Just saying.
 




























Good for BJ!! BI is black hole, I'm trying to interview and when I am asked about BI, it's a nightmare. Look at me as I am beneath the people of other companies. It's sad
