The people that survived last time...

Think about some of the people that survived last time and how they compared to the better ones that left. This is what keeps me up at night. I knew really good reps that were let go and some really bad reps that were retained. What if that happens again?

It will happen again but many good reps will be gone because of the scope of the cuts.

Think about the big picture from upon high. Everyone is an expense. Is there really that much difference in a "good" rep vs "bad" rep production wise? So you get 30rxs/month and I get 35rxs/month. I may be a superstar because of goals etc. but the $ difference over a year not significant. But if I make more money due to tenure etc., grandfathered in the pension, etc. it's an easy business decision who to cut.
